Process
As
a workshop leader and coach, I have found that many of the students and
clients who are magnetized to my work are readers and life-long learners.
We have been drawn to similar teachers and authors who present inspiring
notions of recreating our lives from the inside-out.
As we read about our creative potential something inside of us cries out
yes, yes, yes – that feels so very true! My life could change in just this
way. And then, holding a vision of what is possible, we set off to
transform our lives.
Unfortunately, understanding and appreciating something on an intellectual
level is a vastly different thing than being able to live a new philosophy
on a daily basis. As we are striving to incorporate our new views into our
everyday lives we will undoubtedly encounter challenges and face
confusion. The people who are surrounding us may or may not understand
what we are going through. Often we find ourselves yearning for connection
with someone who has already successfully navigated the course that we are
on and who is inspired to share the insights he/she received on the
journey. This is especially true when we are ready to make a major change
in our lives. Fortunately our inner guidance system usually responds by
